The Company is seeking a Head of People AI and HR Technology Innovation to lead the transformation of HR services through the integration of emerging technologies, automation, and AI. This role is not for a traditional HRIS leader; instead, the ideal candidate is an AI-native People Technology leader with a passion for rethinking and reshaping the delivery and experience of HR services. Responsibilities include defining and delivering the HR technology and AI innovation strategy, leading the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of designing, prototyping, and scaling innovative solutions that enhance productivity, employee experience, and business outcomes. The role demands a mindset that is curious, experimental, and hands-on, with a focus on challenging conventional ways of working. The Head of People AI and HR Technology Innovation will work closely with the CPO, HR leadership, and technology and innovation teams to shape future-state HR operating models and establish governance frameworks for the responsible adoption of AI technologies. Success will be measured by the creation of new capabilities, the elimination of manual effort, the improvement of employee experience, and the generation of business value.
