The Executive Director will also be instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of educational and training initiatives to enhance clinical development capabilities and will lead strategic initiatives to promote innovation, operational excellence, and efficiency within clinical development. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a degree in life sciences with a minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical development and a deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, clinical operations, statistics, and epidemiology. The role requires an individual with excellent problem-solving capabilities, a successful track record of leading through influence, and a proven ability to drive results and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, with a strong focus on talent development, and will be adept at building alignment with senior business partners. Experience in leading initiatives related to clinical development innovation, such as the use of real-world evidence and AI in trial design, is highly valued.
