The successful candidate will be responsible for building production-grade agent reasoning loops, custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and robust error-handling mechanisms that meet enterprise safety and quality standards. This role requires the ability to write production-quality code, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, and implement various error-handling and defense mechanisms. The engineer will also be involved in collaborating with other engineers to build automated testbeds, integrating evaluation harnesses, and mentoring junior developers. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years of professional Python proficiency.
