The Company is in search of an Executive Director for High Velocity Engineering Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI engineering platforms that ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI capabilities. This role involves defining and governing engineering frameworks, standards, and tooling to guarantee high-quality technology delivery. The Executive Director will also be tasked with establishing developer experience capabilities, leading enterprise integration, and architecting AI control plane capabilities. A key aspect of the position is to enable scalable data science and AI engineering capabilities and to advance agentic AI engineering practices. The role requires the development and execution of AI engineering and platform roadmaps, as well as the promotion of operational excellence and the management of technical debt. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience in data, analytics, cloud, technology, platform engineering, AI, or digital transformation, with a strong background in leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with executive stakeholders, particularly in the areas of technology strategy and business alignment. Advanced knowledge in programming languages, AI engineering, and cloud technology is essential. The role demands a leader with a strategic mindset, the ability to evaluate emerging technologies, and a focus on operational excellence. A background in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is preferred, and an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
