The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Architecture and Advanced AI Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the enterprise and solution architecture strategy, with a focus on establishing scalable, secure, and reusable architectures that guide platform, product, AI, and integration decisions. This role involves building and leading high-performing teams in advanced AI engineering, defining and executing AI technology strategy, and ensuring the governance of AI quality, safety, and security standards. The Executive Director will also be tasked with advancing cloud-first engineering and platform capabilities, as well as partnering with business and technology leaders to align technology solutions with enterprise priorities. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' of experience in data, analytics, cloud, technology, platform engineering, AI, or digital transformation, with a strong background in leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in people leadership, enterprise technology transformation, and modernization initiatives, particularly in highly regulated environments. Deep knowledge of AI/ML engineering, AI quality, safety, and governance, as well as advanced experience in cloud, DevOps, and reliability engineering, is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess strong business acumen, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a commitment to operational and delivery excellence.
