The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Enterprise and Flagship Platform Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for flagship enterprise platforms, ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, secure, and high-quality solutions. This role involves leading platform operations, site reliability engineering practices, and establishing AI quality and safety standards. The Executive Director will also be tasked with defining enterprise architecture and platform standards, leading enterprise and custom onboarding capabilities, and evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies to drive platform modernization. A key aspect of the role is to partner with various stakeholders to understand business needs and to build and lead high-performing technology teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in people leadership, enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or technology transformation strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise-scale modernization initiatives, particularly in the areas of cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and AI/ML capabilities. Experience in partnering with executive stakeholders, as well as a strong background in data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI principles within highly regulated environments, is essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of cloud and platform engineering, DevOps, AI/ML quality and safety, enterprise architecture, and a proven track record in process improvement and technology strategy. A background in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
