The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Senior Living Community Operations. The successful candidate will be a leader responsible for the daily operations of the community, including associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves creating and executing business plans, developing the team, and fostering a culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care. The Executive Director will also be involved in driving sales and marketing efforts, ensuring the community meets or exceeds occupancy and revenue targets, and building positive relationships within the local community. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years' operational leadership experience. The role requires a valid administrator license in states where necessary, a valid driver’s license, and access to a private vehicle for business use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, decision-making, and financial acumen, with the ability to lead a team, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills. The Executive Director will be expected to be hands-on, proactive, and accessible, with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
